Welcome to the website of Terra Cotta Pasta Company (TCPC) and outlets located in Dover, New Hampshire, Kittery and South Portland, Maine. Since 1989 TCPC has been providing its customers with a gourmet line of fresh pastas, ravioli, sauces and pesto’s. Our motto is “You boil the water, let Terra Cotta Pasta do the rest.”

Our pastas and sauces are all handcrafted in small batches. We use only 100% durum semolina flour in all our pastas and ravioli. We take tremendous pride in our fresh pasta, ravioli and sauces. We use only the finest all natural ingredients and never use preservatives in our products.

Our first retail outlet is in Kittery, Maine, located on Route 1 in what is known as “gourmet alley” and is named for the many great food stores. Our other retail outlet is located on 501 Cottage Road in South Portland, Maine, one half mile to Fort William and the Portland Headlight.

Both stores offer an array of products from Italian specialties, such as Stromboli, grilled pizza, Italian sandwiches, anti pasta items, olives, prepared meals to go, salads and our complete line of fresh pasta, ravioli, sauces and much more.

If visiting any of our retail outlets for the first time, please ask for our tour and ask for our complimentary pound of fresh pasta.
