Ingredients:
1 lb. TCPC Lemon Pepper Linguine or Rotini, cooked according to package directions.
(If you use linguine-snip into smaller pieces with kitchen scissors)
1 - 8 oz. TCPC Lemon Artichoke Pesto, defrosted.
1 each: red, green, yellow, and orange pepper, washed and cut into julienne strips.
1-2 bunches scallions cleaned and cut on the diagonal.
Salt and pepper to taste.
1-2 Tbsp. fresh lemon zest.
