Ingredients:
2 - TCPC Grilled Flat Bread Pizza Crusts (available frozen in our Kittery and South Portland shops) or frozen flat bread pizza, gluten-free crust of your choice, or naan bread.
1- 8 oz. TCPC Caramelized Onion & Roasted Red Pepper Sauce.
2 cups fresh baby spinach.
1-2 whole, boneless chicken breasts, grilled, baked, or use left-over chicken, cut into chunks or shredded.
1 sliced or chopped red onion, to taste.
1 cup shredded Cheddar, Provolone, or mix of your favorite cheeses.
TCPC Cheese Blend to taste.

Top Flat Breads with equal amounts of Caramelized Onion sauce.
Layer 1 cup baby spinach on each flat bread.
Toss cooked chicken with remaining sauce.
Place 1/2 of chicken & sauce mixture on each pizza.
Top each with prepared red onion, shredded cheddar cheese or cheese combo.
Finish each with Fresh Cheese Blend, to taste.
Grill or bake on a pizza stone or pan until pizza crust is firm and hot and all toppings are thoroughly heated. N ;)
