Ingredients:
8 oz. TCPC Lemon Artichoke Pesto defrosted.
8 oz. cream cheese, softened.
1/2 cup each TCPC Cheese Blend and grated, Cheddar cheese yellow or white, mild or sharp.
2 cloves, fresh garlic, minced.
Salt, pepper, and Old Bay seasoning, to taste.
2 cup fresh baby spinach, lighted chopped, or 1 pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, defrosted.
Squeeze well to remove any excess moisture.
8 oz. Fresh Crab meat, preferably claw meat, more if desired.

Instructions:
Blend the first 6 ingredients. Mix well.
Gently fold in 8 oz. Fresh Crab meat.
(You may add a pinch of red pepper flakes or hot sauce for a little "zip", if you like)
Spoon into a low oven-proof serving dish or dishes.
Bake in a pre-heated 425 degree oven for approximately 20 minutes or until hot & evenly browned.
Serve with crostini crackers, baguette, or cut up, raw vegetables.
Note:
If you are pressed for time, this recipe may also be heated in the microwave and then browned under the broiler. Watch closely, so it doesn't burn. N ;)
