Ingredients:
1 package TCPC Fresh Rotini, (Fettuccini or Linguini, rough chopped).
1 lb. ground beef (Ground Turkey also works well).
1 large onion, chopped.
1-2 cloves, fresh garlic, minced.
1 large green pepper, chopped (optional).
1-16 oz. TCPC Roasted Plum Tomato Marinara sauce.
1 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Salt & pepper to taste.

Instructions:
Heat 1 Tbsp. olive oil in a sauté or frying pan.
Add onion, garlic (& green pepper, if desired) Cook until slightly softened.
Add ground beef and cook well. Drain, if needed.
Add the Marinara sauce and heat thoroughly.
While sauce is warming, cook pasta according to package directions.
Drain and toss with a dash of olive oil to coat.
Add the cooked pasta to the hot meat & sauce.
Note:
Top with your favorite cheese, grated.
In a hurry? Substitute 1 lb. of Italian or Turkey Meatballs, defrosted then.
Chop and add to the sautéed onion & garlic mixture Enjoy! N ;)
